MAKING PARADYSE ATTAINABLE
PARADYSE was created to make owning a luxury home in paradise both realistic and rewarding. With 8 years of combined experience investing in Bali, we saw the lifestyle and returns the island offers—but also the barriers: rising prices, legal complexity, and the hassle of managing property abroad.
At the same time, rising living costs and inaccessible property markets in major cities have made traditional ownership feel out of reach. Buying a holiday home overseas is even harder.

A serial entrepreneur and ex-McKinsey consultant, Marius has spent 9 years in Asia and the last 3 building and investing in Bali’s property market. With a background in healthcare startups and venture capital, he’s now focused on making luxury home ownership effortless and accessible for a global audience.
Marcus Jilla
Co-Founder
A serial entrepreneur and investor, Marcus has lived in Asia for 14 years. He’s a former BCG consultant who built and sold a $10M hospitality brand and led strategy at a $400M e-commerce investor. Having invested in Bali property for the past 3 years, he is passionate about making this opportunity accessible to everyone.
